Recover from Disordered Eating and Get Your Life Back
You deserve freedom from your eating disorder, food obsessions, negative body image, guilt, and shame. Our expert eating disorder dietitian uses a compassionate approach to help you understand your eating habits, food thoughts, and how to feel confident about recovery so you can move on with your life.
HOW WE HELP:
For eating disorder treatment, we offer compassionate, personalized nutrition care for you and your family. Our eating disorder dietitian Alyssa loves to help you understand your disorder, how it affects your health, and how you can find freedom and power away from the obsessive thoughts. With over 9 years of experience treating eating disorders and negative body image, Alyssa is equipped to help you find the nutrition path that works for you and your health goals. Alyssa is a natural listener and educator and never makes you feel judged or shamed for what you’re going through. Instead, Alyssa wants to help you get curious about your eating behaviors so that you can stop criticizing yourself and start using compassion to find lasting peace through your process.
Alyssa works closely with other members of the treatment team to communicate about your care and make recommendations for medical monitoring. Alyssa is also skilled at recommending the level of care that best meets your needs.
