Anna Laurin is a Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals build a guilt-free and satisfying relationship with food, while also practicing gentle nutrition for health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management.
Her desire is to help clients develop and achieve balanced health goals without strict or extreme diet rules.
With her educational background in clinical nutrition and nutrition science, Anna Laurin is able to tailor her coaching experience for a number of conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes, and gastrointestinal disorders. She especially enjoys helping her clients learn to eat in a way that promotes both physical and mental wellness by focusing on nourishment and not deprivation.
Her nutrition consulting approaches include: Intuitive Eating, eating competence, and Health at Every Size (HAES).
Anna Laurin is a Mississippi Gulf Coast native. She loves to cook, read, and spend time outdoors with her family.
